What you can expect from an Xper consultant

At launch in June 2003, the Xper core team comprised 13 associates. Xper will expand under strict controls of quality, professionalism and our core values.

All Xper consultants have a minimum of ten years in large corporations. Most are University educated and many have second degrees. They are highly qualified problem-solvers as evidenced by top level academic and business achievements. This means they can confidently address inter-linked business, I.T. and people issues.

The Xper team is far from homogeneous or bland. The diversity of skills, knowledge and experience is extensive as you can see from Individuals and their Skills,

Neither are the individuals rooted to a corporate culture. Many of them run their own businesses and all have first hand experience of working in Small and Medium-sized enterprises.
